RDM - Agency Sales (Life Insurance) | Salary: 4 LPA Locations: Delhi, Noida, Gurgaon, Jaipur, Jodhpur, Alwar, Udaipur, Ajmer, Agra, Faridabad Experience: 3 to 10 years (Hardcore Sales)Job Description & Responsibilities:Achieve health insurance sales targets by recruiting and managing agents. Train and develop agents on a commission basis to maximize performance. Supervise and ensure agents meet their activity plans effectively. Conduct weekly performance reviews (PRP) and update the Sales Management System. Motivate and guide agents for career progression within the organization. Encourage agents to use the Agent Portal & CRM for customer management and cross-selling.Desired Candidate Profile:Minimum 3 years of sales experience (preferably in hardcore sales). Strong networking skills and understanding of the local market. Ability to work with people and drive business growth. High confidence, excellent communication, and entrepreneurial mindset.
