    Business Head - Retail Job Description - Our client is looking for someone who can manage the entire regional operations of different High end retail stores, has a great flare of handling high end Clientale PortfolioClient Details :Our client is in the top Retail companies in India . They have a strong presence with great established brands. They are growing at a very fast pace in Indian markets. They are looking for someone who can contribute to the retail operations in the Indian Market.Description :- Responsible for the definition and achievement of the sales target for the stores and to exceed them in alignment with his/her direct report- Maintaining outstanding standards, solid product knowledge and all other components of customer service- Ensure compliance with all policies and procedures through regular store management and staff meetings- Coordination with Merchandising towards order management from brands- Use Digital marketing tools with the digital team to create and engage with new HNI/UHNI customersProfile :- Minimum of 10+ Years handling the Regional Operations for Retail stores - B.
