    • Working Hours/ Shift 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM (India)
    • Working Mode Remote
    Responsibilities
    • Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and employee referrals
    • Screen and evaluate applicants to ensure they meet the qualifications
    • Conduct initial interviews and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
    • Maintain a candidate database and track recruitment metrics
    • Provide timely updates to hiring managers and candidates

    Required skills and qualifications
    • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field

    • Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
    • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
    • Strong organizational and time management skills
    • Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
    • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS)
