Job Title: Recruitment Development Manager (RDM) Life Insurance Location: Chandigarh, Ludhiana, Jalandhar, Amritsar, Delhi, Noida, Gurugram, Faridabad, Ghazibad Salary: 4 Lakh Rimb Incentives Experience: 3 to 10 years in SalesJob Description / Responsibilities:As a Recruitment Development Manager (RDM), you will be responsible for achieving sales goals in the life insurance sector through the following key responsibilities:
• Recruitment & Training:
  • Recruit agents and provide training for them on a commission basis.
  • Develop agents skills to enhance sales performance.
• Supervision & Monitoring:
  • Supervise agents activity plans to ensure targets and standards are met.
  • Conduct weekly performance reviews (PRP) with agents, updating the Sales Management System.
• Motivation & Career Progression:
  • Promote and motivate agents to participate in the Career Progression Program.
  • Encourage agents to use the Agent Portal and CRM for better customer management and cross-selling opportunities.
Desired Candidate Profile:
• Experience: Minimum 2 years of sales experience in any field, preferably with a background in insurance or financial products.
• Attributes:
  • Ability to work well with people.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and a commercial focus.
  • Strong drive for results and achievements.
  • High confidence and excellent communication skills.
  • Proven track record of stable career history and success.
  • Well-networked within the local area with an understanding of the local market.
