Role:-Sales Recruitment Manager Roles & Responsibilities - Take charge of managing the entire hiring process for the sales hierarchy comprising of ~2000 member workforce - from sourcing to onboarding managing internal and external partners- Manage sales hiring P&L - Onboard new partners with competitive commercials to manage the hiring requirement against the total hiring bandwidth while limiting net hiring expense- Match the pace of business for hiring as per the requirement for scaling up specific verticals and roles or for countering regular attrition while maintaining full visibility- Train internal resources in the use of online & offline mechanisms for sourcing and managing the full hiring funnel and dealing with stakeholders- Manage efficiency and quality of sourcing (conversion%) from each internal/external partners - create effective tools & reports to enable managers & leaders with proactive solutions to address peoples challenges and foster a positive work environment- Align best hiring practices with stakeholders to drive effective performance. Identify, analyze, implement, and scale these as suitable to the Org. Proactively improve & enhance processes.- Develop effective stakeholder management through regular reporting and connections across business verticals to ensure seamless execution & business partnering Eligibility - 5-7 yrs of experience in field sales-force recruitment, preferably in FMCG- Hands on in managing Off Roll teams and building relationships with employees- Experienced in hiring across sales hierarchies and various processes involved in sourcing, quality assurance, training team, etc- Experienced in HR analytics, pipeline planning & proactive communication- Managed cross-functional stakeholders, and external partners and onboard new partners - Master from a good college,
