Responsible for organizing and scheduling interviews and technical tests of candidatesAnalyzes the recruitment process performance, prepares the recruitment dashboards, presents dashboards, recommends changes to the recruitment process and implements changesAnalyzes the performance of recruitment sources, the cost per hire, time to hire and recommends changes and improvementsDevelops pool of internal and external talentsTracks the list of the recruitment agencies and their terms and conditions; introduces standardized terms and conditions for the recruitment vendors if possibleAnalyzes the recruitment system and recommends and implements changes to itKeeps the documentation of the recruitment process up to dateMonitors the job market and prepares analyses and summaries of the main job market movementsLiaise with the business managers/ stakeholders in understanding the requirements in the organization and accordingly develop a strategy to bring the resources on board in a cost effective manner.Develop and deliver excellent recruitmentservices in line with agreed service levels.This is a key role that requires a responsive, strategic and client-facing individual.Person should have good understanding in handling Technical profilesDoing salary discussion with candidates, salary negotiations, sending salary breakup, offer letter.Coordination with candidates till joining,
