Job Description

    • The Customer Experience organization provides a common interface to customers including account and relationship management, acting as the voice of the customer internally and creating demand across our business groups. While bringing deep understanding of local markets for our customer, the CX organization ensures strong alignment between sales and delivery teams.
    What You Will Learn and Contribute To As part of our team, you will:
    • Drive the Sales of Nokia Solutions and Services across customers from Transportation, Energy, PSUs, Government (Center and States) segments in North & East region as part of the India Enterprise team.
    • Own end customer relationships in these segments across your region.
    • Organize yourself and partners to cover the market / target accounts and address both short term and long-term business opportunities
    • Interlock and execute on your business plan by leveraging cross functional teams across solutions, channels, services, marketing, finance, and operations teams.
    • Be on top of competitive developments in your region and execute on your strategy to address the challenges posed for Nokia business.
    • Demonstrate E2E understanding for Nokia portfolio for Transportation, Energy, PSUs, Government (Center and States) segments but not limited to IP/optical networks, Campus Private 4G/5G networks on the access and core fronts, cyber security and relevant software solutions.
    • Establish Nokia as the preferred OEM for customers, partners, and consultants in the region.
    Your Skills and Experience
    • Bachelors or master s degree in engineering, telecommunications, business administration
    • The ideal candidate will have a background and minimum 10~15 years experience in senior sales roles in complex multinational environments in the Information and Communication Technology (ICT) industry, in the Enterprise and Public Sector segments
    • CXO relationships across Transportation, Energy, PSUs, Government (Center and States) segments and clear understanding for the opportunities landscape in your region.
    • Understanding of the mission critical communications needs in specific verticals as well as the full communications portfolio required by mission critical applications.
    • Ability to build business from grounds up and perform under pressure.
    • Ability to identify and engage with CXOs across functional domains in customer organizations.
    • Comfortable with managing priorities of farming as well as hunting sales motions.
    • Expertise in managing the nuances of entire sales cycle of tendering process form RFI to Award and post sales relationship.
    • Excellent communications skills, both orally and written with the ability to evangelize both internally and externally
