Job Description

    Regional Training HeadPosition: Training Manager/Lead-HR (Talent Management/LD/OD )RoleIn line with the LD Agenda of the Company, create action plans and pursue them effectively to build functional and behavioral skills of employees in the organizationDesigning both in-house and with expert third parties, a solution that includes a blended approach to learning such as e-learning, classroom training, 1-on-1 sessions, action learning projects, etc and deliver them in order to build capabilitiesCreate an engagement plan for key talent in the organizationFacilitate implementation of 360-degree feedback and other interventions focused on developing people manager skillsCreate an approach and action plan for productivity enhancement and measuring effectiveness from the capability development standpoint - Driving OD Talent Management Initiatives like People Review Process across functionsCreate programs that focus on building early careers of candidates hired from premier engineering colleges b-schools, etc.Stakeholder management and driving the training agenda through functional managers.Offer a tailor made approach to the functional heads in identifying the right training programs for their functions.Work on critical HRRequirementsMBA (HR) with 10-12 yrs of experienceExperience in management development and soft skills training (designing delivering)Experience in conceptualizing and implementing processes for building competencies and driving OD interventionsExperience of being an Assessor in Assessment Center and developing Fast Track Programs for the identified talent pool or driving programs targeted for high potentialsExperience in partnering with third parties and understanding best practicesExperience in HR Business Partnering and providing solution-centric enablers that support business people developmentGood Communication Skills - written oralGood Stakeholder management skillsResult from Oriented drive for results with a strong sense of commitment and ownership. - Appreciation towards at least one psychometric tool - MBTI/Firo B/Johari Window/Thomas etcLocation: GurgaonDesired Skills and Experience people development , management skills , soft skills training , talent management , business hr , management development , classroom training , business partnering , stakeholder management , od interventions
