Job Description

Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain relationships with business banking clients, understanding their financial needs and providing appropriate solutions- Identify and acquire new business banking clients through various channels such as referrals, networking, and cold calling- Conduct regular meetings with clients to review their financial performance and provide guidance on financial products and services- Collaborate with internal teams such as credit, operations, and product to ensure timely and efficient delivery of services to clients- Meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the business banking portfolio- Stay updated on market trends and competition to identify new business opportunities and enhance the banks product offerings- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and internal policies and proceduresQualifications:- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field- Minimum of 3 years of experience in business banking or sales in the banking industry- Strong understanding of financial products and services, particularly in the business lending space- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients- Knowledge of local market and business landscape is preferred- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
