Job Description

    IntroductionAs an Application Developer, you will lead IBM into the future by translating system requirements into the design and development of customized systems in an agile environment. Come to IBM and make a global impact!Your Role and ResponsibilitiesAs an Application Developer Healthcare Services, you will manage significant delivery responsibilities as part of development. You will work closely with Architects and Senior Technical Consultants on design and development issues and would play the role of senior technical developer.Responsibilities:
    • Lead functional and detailed requirement development, code development, Joint Application Development (JAD) sessions and functional and detailed design.
    • In addition, you are responsible for understanding business objectives, be able to dive into deep technical topics, discuss common architecture patterns and design models, structure requirements, specifications, and architectural decisions.
    • You will apply deep technology and Healthcare industry expertise and architecture & design methods to analyze requirements and design appropriate solutions.
    • Areas of focus will include Java/JEE development, business and workflow process modeling and rules development using C ram.
    • These activities will involve the use of COTS C ram Enterprise Framework Components, C ram Intelligent Evidence Gathering (IEG2), C ram Express Rules (CER), Oracle/DB2, Web Services (REST/SOAP), use of XML technology in C ram, C ram Evidence Framework and WebSphere.
    Required Technical and Professional Expertise
    • Minimum 6-10 years related IT work experience
    • Curam v7.x, Java 8/J2EE, Websphere, Oracle 12c, Tomcat 8, Rational Rose, UML Design Patterns JD
    • Extensive IBM SPM experience and technical certifications
    • Minimum of 6 years of Curam development experience
    • Atleast 3 years of experience in the design principles of large-scale client/server transaction processing solutions
    • Minimum of 6 years experience in maintaining C ram application source codes, including Root Cause Analysis and technical design and implementation of required fixes
    • Minimum of 6 years related Oracle/SQL experience
    • Sound knowledge and experience using some or all of the tools and technologies used to build IBM SPM, including but not limited to Java, J2EE, EJB, and Rational Rose, UML
