The ideal candidate will design and execute research projects and deliver actionable insights to drive business growth. This role is pivotal in helping us stay ahead of market trends, understand customer needs, and refine our services and offerings.Key Responsibilities:1. Research Design: Develop comprehensive research plans, including questionnaires, discussion guides, and sampling specifications. Ensure research methodologies align with project objectives and deliver accurate, actionable results.2. Research Execution: Conduct interviews, surveys, and focus group discussions with stakeholders and customers. Collect and organize data using various tools and techniques, ensuring accuracy and consistency. Analyze data to derive meaningful insights and identify key trends.3. Project Management: Manage research projects, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met. Keep project teams and stakeholders updated on progress, challenges, and results.4. Communication: Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to understand project requirements and ensure alignment. Present research findings through clear, well-structured presentations and reports. Provide constructive feedback to team members to enhance research quality and outcomes.5. Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including operations, marketing, and technology, to align research efforts with business goals. Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and external partners when needed. Offer support and guidance to team members on research-related activities.6. Research Analysis: Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor strategies to identify opportunities and areas for improvement. Provide actionable recommendations to improve customer satisfaction,operational efficiency, and brand positioning.Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Statistics, or a related field. 1-3 years of experience in research, analytics, or a similar role. Strong knowledge of research methodologies, survey design, and data analysistools. Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail. Strong communication and presentation skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and work collaboratively in a fast-pacedenvironment.Preferred Skills: Proficiency in Excel. Problem-solving mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
