Job Description

    Reservations Executive/ ConciergeDuties and Responsibilities:
    • The primary function of Reservations Executive/ Concierge is to handle all aspects of restaurant reservations for customers.
    • To assist customers with restaurant enquiries and suggest them the best option as per their requirement.
    • To process reservations after checking with the concerned restaurant and send a confirmation to both restaurants and customers.
    • To maximize revenue by converting enquiries, recognising business prospects and opportunities to upsell restaurants.
    • Executive needs to have a pleasant phone voice and a professional but friendly attitude.
    • Should be people-oriented, with good communication and listening skills. Should possess a positive attitude and the ability to learn new things.
