Job Description

    Knowledge of handling multiple stores with P&L accountability.
    1. Understanding of Fusion software including opening of item masters, vendor codes, PO generations, and other aspects upto complete closure till payments.
    2. Depth knowledge of market in buying including whole sale mandis of vegetables, fruits, non - veg and grocery.
    3. Should have good negotiation skills in buying as it is key to departmental stores.
    4. Fixation of selling rates in such a way so that we are able to generate volumes i.e. smart selling.
    5. Making systems in stores so that pilferage is minimized.
    6. Inventory management.
    7. Storages and monitoring of expiry / shelf life items.
    8. Since we have to open new stores he should have knowledge of design of new stores, its display counters and then running the same.
