Job Description

    Sales & Business Development:
    • Identify, qualify, and cultivate relationships with potential vendors and clients, primarily focusing on top-tier EPC companies.
    • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue and market share goals.
    • Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities.
    • Prepare and present compelling sales proposals and presentations.
    • Negotiate contracts and close deals to maximize profitability.
    • Manage the entire sales cycle, like Business strategy, Business mapping and planning.
    Financial Client / Order Management:
    • Analyze financial data to assess project viability and profitability.
    • Monitor cash flow and ensure timely payment recovery.
    Strategic Planning:Develop and implement the companys Renewable Energy Strategy.Identify and evaluate potential partnerships and collaborations.Analyze market trends and competitive landscapes to inform strategic decisions.Qualifications and Skills : -
    • Bachelors degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • Proven track record in solar energy sales and business development.
    • Strong understanding of the solar industry / renewable energy space, including technical aspects and regulatory frameworks.
    • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
    • Strong financial acumen and analytical skills.
    • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
