Job Description

    Urgently require Rubber Technologist for a renowned Manufacturing Firm!!Position : Rubber TechnologistGrade/Level : MM-4/Sr.ManagerDepartment : R&D-Lab-CompoundingLocation : Binola (Gurugram)Reporting to : Dy. Plant HeadBudget : 12 LPA to 15 LPARequirements:Education: Bachelors or Masters degree in Polymer Science, Materials Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.Candidates having Post Graduate Course in Rubber Technology (PGDIRI) from Indian Rubber Institute are highly desirable. Experience: Min. 10 Yrs. working in the rubber industry or a related field, preferably in rubber compounding, materials testing, or product development. Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of rubber materials, compounding techniques, and processing methods. Proficiency in rubber testing equipment and methodologies. Familiarity with relevant industry standards and regulations. Analytical Abilities: Ability to analyze and interpret test data, troubleshoot technical issues, and propose effective solutions. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to present technical information clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities. Ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions. Teamwork and Collaboration: Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams, collaborate with diverse stakeholders, and contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment. Computer Skills: Proficiency in using relevant software and tools for data analysis, documentation, and presentation (e.g., MS Office, ERP, Statistical Analysis Tools)
