As a sales, you will be responsiblefor domestic sales and verify the schedule vs supply of customers.Roles & Responsibilities: Must have work experience in B2B. Customer acquisition through visits, telephone, e-mail and industry events like Exhibitions/ Expo. Identify and understand end user applications and need to offer the best solution. Conduct market research and look to uncover potential for the future through on-going visits tocustomers and potential customers. Market mapping and identifying business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluatingtheir position in the industry within the country; researching and analyzing marketing and salesoptions for new business development. To prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information for new clients added, no.of introductory, proposal and negotiation meetings done with prospects clients and order valuereceived as well as conversion ratio details on a weekly basis. To collect and analyze market information pertaining to competitors, trends and activities. To build and strengthen business relationships with existing clients within the country. To sell products by establishing contact and developing relationships with existing old and newclients. Follow-up for payment, sample reports and Customer Feedback etc.,Participation in CustomerAudits.Requirements: First Preference :-Education: MBA/PGDBM (Sales & Marketing). Second Preference :-Education: Bachlor of Business Administration or 7 Year experience in B2B.Third Preference :-Education: Candidate who have technical qualification viz. B.Tech,Diploma in engineering will also beconsidered in expectional cases.Experience:- Min. 6 Yrs. working in the Sales & Marketing field, preferably in same field or similar industrieswill be preferred and having experience in automotive,whitegoods industries etc. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
