Job Description

    Sales AssociateJob OverviewWe are looking for Sales Associate to engage with prospective learners, understand their educational and career goals, and guide them toward suitable learning programmes. The role requires strong communication skills, a consultative approach, and the ability to manage learner interactions effectively while achieving enrolment objectives.Key Responsibilities
    • Connect with prospective learners through scheduled counselling calls
    • Understand learner profiles, career aspirations, and learning requirements
    • Explain programme features, curriculum, and learning outcomes clearly
    • Address learner queries related to programme structure, fees, schedules, and career relevance
    • Conduct timely follow-ups with interested candidates and pending applications
    • Maintain accurate records of interactions and updates in the CRM system
    • Work closely with the onboarding team to ensure a smooth learner experience after enrolment
    • Track progress against weekly and monthly enrolment goals
    • Share learner feedback and market insights to support process improvements
    Eligibility Criteria
    • 02 years of experience in sales, counselling, customer engagement, business development, or related functions
    • Fresh graduates with strong communication and interpersonal skills may apply
    • Comfortable handling a high volume of learner interactions on a daily basis
    • Strong listening, relationship-building, and problem-solving abilities
    • Goal-oriented with a professional and positive approach
    • Good verbal and written communication skills in English
    • Familiarity with CRM platforms is an advantage
    Compensation & Benefits
    • Fixed annual compensation between 6.0 LPA and 8 LPA, based on experience and assessment
