Job Description

    A sales coordinators role is tomanage the flow of a companys products or services to consumers.They work with the sales team to ensure that sales, marketing, and delivery operations run smoothly.Some of their responsibilities include:
      • Sales team managementAssigning territories and quotas to sales staff, scheduling training, and monitoring their progress
      • Customer supportAnswering customer questions, providing after-sales support, and responding to communications
    • Sales reportingPreparing sales reports, analyzing customer shopping data, and tracking sales goals
    • Sales presentation materialsMaintaining and updating sales presentation materials, such as brochures, sales decks, and posters
    • Sales strategiesAssisting with sales strategies, planning sales drives, and creating sample advertisements
    • InventoryMonitoring and organizing inventory, tracking new products and services, and ordering products or sales materials
    • CommunicationCollaborating with other departments, such as marketing, research/design, and financing
