Job Description

    Responsible for promoting and selling travel packages, services, and experiences to clients, whether individuals or business. Their goal is to boost sales, increase client engagement, and provide tailored travel solutions.Key Responsibilities:
    1. Sales and Client Management:
      • Promote and sell travel services (e.g., Aircraft Charter Services & Helicopter Charter Services ).
      • Identify and approach potential customers through various channels like phone calls, emails, and face-to-face meetings.
      • Respond to sales inquiries, follow up on leads, and provide product or service information.
    2. Customer Service:
      • Understand clients travel needs and preferences, and recommend suitable packages or services.
    3. Sales Targets and Reporting:
      • Meet and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) as set by management.
      • Maintain a detailed record of client interactions, bookings, and feedback using CRM software or sales tracking systems.
      • Provide regular sales reports and market insights to management.
    4. Product Knowledge:
      • Stay updated on travel trends, destination information, new product offerings, and travel restrictions or regulations.
      • Attend training sessions and workshops to enhance product knowledge.
