Job Description

    Job Overview The B2B Sales Head will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth across domestic and international markets. This role involves formulating and executing strategies to expand our customer base, enhance client relationships, and oversee sales operations. You will manage domestic B2B clients, OEMs, and industrial buyers, while also leading export sales efforts to strengthen our global market presence. Key Responsibilities Strategic Sales Development Design and execute a combined domestic and export sales strategy aligned with business goals. Identify and penetrate new markets, both in India and globally, for hardware solutions and mobility products. Develop comprehensive plans for market expansion, customer acquisition, and revenue growth in domestic and export channels. Domestic and Export Sales Management Oversee end-to-end sales processes for both domestic and international clients, including OEMs, distributors, and corporate customers. Negotiate large-scale contracts, ensuring compliance with domestic and international trade regulations. Establish pricing strategies and sales policies tailored to regional and international markets. Manage export logistics, documentation, and regulatory requirements in coordination with the supply chain team. Client Relationship Management Build and nurture long-term relationships with key B2B clients and international customers. Develop customized solutions and value propositions to address specific customer needs in different markets. Act as the primary contact for major domestic and export accounts, ensuring smooth communication and exceptional service. Sales Growth and Revenue Optimization Achieve sales targets across domestic and international markets, ensuring sustainable growth and profitability. Collaborate with marketing to create targeted campaigns for domestic and export audiences. Explore emerging markets and untapped geographies to identify growth opportunities in exports. Team Leadership Lead and mentor a team of regional sales managers, export executives, and channel partners, fostering a culture of high performance and accountability. Provide training and support to equip the team with skills for managing domestic and export clients effectively. Market Analysis and Reporting Conduct in-depth market research to track trends, competitive activity, and customer feedback in both domestic and international markets. Monitor sales performance and generate reports, offering actionable insights for improving outcomes in all territories. Utilize CRM tools to manage the sales pipeline, track leads, and streamline domestic and export operations. Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with product development to align offerings with diverse market needs. Coordinate with supply chain and logistics to ensure seamless domestic and export delivery. Collaborate with marketing to craft region-specific strategies for branding and promotions. Key Requirements Experience Minimum 810 years of experience in B2B and export sales, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within the hardware or industrial products sector. Demonstrated success in managing domestic B2B networks and international clients, with proven experience in export sales operations. Familiarity with international trade regulations, export logistics, and global market dynamics. Skills & Competencies Comprehensive understanding of the hardware and mobility solutions market. Strong negotiation, relationship management, and cross-cultural communication skills. Strategic thinker with hands-on experience in driving sales and managing cross-border operations. Leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and deliver results. Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and export documentation tools. Education Bachelors degree in Business, International Trade, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred). Travel Willingness to travel extensively across domestic and international markets
