Job Description

    Main Accountabilities:We are looking for candidates with exposure into Textile, Pharma, Engineering and FMCD industries.
    • To take care of business development activities PAN India.
    • Setting up targets and reviewing the same on monthly basis.
    • To research the market and identify potential customers.
    • Develop pricing strategies based on market analysis and competitive positioning.
    • Create pipeline of customers with expected business potential.
    • To increase business of existing customers either through Primary or Secondary dispatches
    • To gather new market and customer information by using social networking websites
    • To establish new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential customer
    • To keep an eye on competitors by gathering current marketplace information on pricing & products
    • To review Key Account performance in the respective regions and keep track of on-time delivery/ SLA
    • To resolve customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports
    • To work closely with other teams to develop new business.
    • Lead and mentor a team of sales professionals, providing guidance and support to enhance their performance.
