    • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to penetrate the market and achieve sales targets.
    • Lead and manage the industrial sales team, providing guidance, training, and motivation to ensure high performance.
    • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the automotive OEM, TIER 1 (Sheet Metal and ABS) Paint Shops.
    • Identify new business opportunities and partnerships within the automotive sector, leveraging market insights and industry trends.
    • Collaborate with product development and engineering teams to customize solutions and meet the unique needs of customers.
    • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
    • Coordinate with marketing and branding teams to develop effective sales collateral and promotional materials tailored to automotive clients.
    • Negotiate contracts and agreements with customers, ensuring favorable terms and mutually beneficial partnerships.
    • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
