    • Having pleasant and soothing personality which will make the clients happy: this does not mean to get business from them 100% but at the end of each conversation the client should feel happy to interact with you and should be proud to interact with
    • Should be well versed with computer applications: this means how to operate system, MS office applications, serving internet- google etc Excel and
    • Quick in responding to phone calls and emails to the Persistence and Patience
    Job Responsibility:
    1. Delivering Wow Customer Service to all customers you handle:
    Win repeat business and reference customers through exceptional service. Maintain proper customer records; recommend new products which are relevant to our customers.Actively meeting new clients and existing ones on regular basis to understand their requirement and as well introducing new products that we come up for their choice.
    1. Be responsible for achieving sales targets for all offline sales: Meet Revenue Targets: Contact, build a relationship and generate business from Corporate Customers for our entire range of products (Awards, Recognition and Mementos). This will involve an understanding of our entire product range and our business For your customers you will be a single point of contact for everything they may need from Pinnacle.
    3. Internal Order fulfillment:Fulfill the orders as smoothly as possible keeping a balance between customer satisfaction and Pinnacles interest. We are committed to wow customer service but this cannot come at the cost of monetary losses to the company or stressed out internal order execution due to clients limitations of time, budget and wants in majority of the orders fulfilled. Take wise and well balanced decisions as no one else can make it for you. Remember poor customer experience is often due to poorly managed expectations.4. Reports and Information:Maintaining a complete record of customers on internal CRM platform and filling various standard reports in softwares that are used within the company already.5. Training & Learning:Participate actively in all training and learning programs initiated for the team. This is an important element on work and not something which is left to be done if we have extra time for extra time may never come by.6. Feedback to Design and Product Development:Keep a pulse on the market and give productive feedback which can be utilized to design and develop new awards, recognition and mementos.Years of Experience:Min 3 to 4 year experience in sales on field preferred but any one passionate to explore new journey will be equally considered.Working Days:Monday to SaturdaySalary:Rs 30,000 to 35,000 per month. Plus High Incentive Plans where you can earn 10% to 100% or even more of your base salary as incentive per month within 6 months to 1 year of your dedicated work.Candidate:Experienced or even working mothers who want to restart the work back again.
