    • Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties based on their needs and budget.
    • Generate leads through networking, referrals, cold calling, and marketing campaigns.
    • Conduct property viewings, open houses, and site visits.
    • Provide clients with market insights, property comparisons, and investment opportunities.
    • Negotiate deals and close transactions efficiently.
    • Prepare and review contracts, agreements, and other necessary documents.
    • Stay updated with market trends, property laws, and government regulations.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, and other real estate professionals.
    • Collaborate with marketing teams to create promotional materials and online listings.
    • Meet sales targets and report performance metrics regularly.
