Job Description

    Key Responsibilities:Handle inbound/outbound calls to support and service RenewBuy partners Train partners to effectively use and sell Health Insurance products Address partner queries and provide timely assistance Act as a liaison between the company and partners, ensuring productivity in Health Insurancesales Ensure partners meet business goals set by the company Work with operations teams to ensure adherence to process guidelines for policy issuanceKey RequirementsMinimum 1 year of relevant telesales or telemarketing experience, preferably in Health/Motor/lifeInsurance Strong knowledge of Health Insurance products Excellent communication skills in Hindi Ability to train and manage partners effectively Stability in career with a passion for driving sales Motivated and enthusiastic to help partners exceed sales targetsOther Benefits Group Medical/Hospital Insurance- INR 3-10 Lacs (as per grid) (covers self employee 2 kids);Parents premium to be borne by the employee as per grid Group Personal Accident - INR 5-20 Lacs (as per grid) Group Term Health- five (5) times of Annual Fixed CTC Learning Opportunities - Training from experts and access to our e-learning platform for skill andprofessional development Wellness Programme - Access to our wellness program with the panel of expert coaches, doctors
