Department Finance & Insurance Unit & Location GurgaonReports To VP Finance & CFO Essential Duties andResponsibilitiesEnsures timely insurance of all assets of the company.Ensures timely liaising with internal as well as external teams tosettle the insurance claim.Ensures timely renewal of all insurance policies.Reviews each claim in detail and ensures that there are nounjustified deductionsPlacement of the Group Health Insurance Policy for entire GroupIssuance of property (Fire), Marine, Engineering, Miscellaneousand Co-Insurance policies. Issuance of Endorsement (Monetaryand Non Monetary) and Cancellation of policies.Ensure proposal form is complete in all respectMonitoring insurance renewals, coordinating with various businessheads for the upcoming infra projects, proactive and effective riskmanagementTeam complies with the company risk and compliance guidelinesManaging relationships with financial partners and company-widedepartments to adhere to risk guidelines and regulatory guidelinesResponsibilitiesWorking closely with Insurance program placements, audits, renewals,subcontracting, and staffingVery good written and verbal communications skillsMust have a strong Cost systems background and have excellent analytical skills;sound understanding of accounting principals.Experience/Qualification 10-15 Years/ MBA- Finance/M.Com/B.com.IT Skills Computer literacy well versed with, MS Office, Internet and Email.Salary1 Lac To 2 Lac P.A.IndustrySales/MarketingWork Experience1 - 2 YearsQualificationOther Bachelor Degree,
