Maintain customer information.2. Client Retention3. Greet persons entering organization, direct persons to correct destination4. Ensures knowledge of staff movements in and out of organization5. Receive and sort mail and deliveries6. Hygiene maintenance of the centre7. Accounts & Appointments cross check8. Maintenance of the centre requirements9. Completing of the works given by organizing10. Manage all processes and staff at Clinic11. Develop and enhance current processes and staffs skill set to improve customer care satisfaction.12. Train the therapists for continuous improvement.13. Induct new staff and monitor their training.14. Monitor revenue & expenses of the clinic15.
