Job Description

    Roles & ResponsibilitiesWe are seeking a dynamic and results-drivenSalesRecruiterwith expertise in bulk hiring to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in attracting, sourcing, and hiring top talent for field sales and key account management roles. Your focus will be on high-volume recruitment while ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience.Key Responsibilities:
    1. Talent Acquisition:
      • Conduct end-to-end recruitment for bulk hiring needs in the sales domain, including job postings, resume screening, and interview coordination.
      • Source candidates through job portals, social media platforms, employee referrals, and campus recruitment.
    2. Stakeholder Management:
      • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and provide updates on recruitment progress.
      • Act as a liaison between candidates and internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding.
    3. Pipeline Management:
      • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future roles.
      • Ensure timely closures of open positions within SLA.
    4. Process Optimization:
      • Design and execute recruitment strategies for high-volume hiring while meeting quality benchmarks.
      • Maintain and update recruitment dashboards for reporting and analysis.
    5. Candidate Engagement:
      • Manage candidate expectations and deliver an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
      • Address any concerns or queries from candidates effectively and professionally.
