    Job DescriptionProspect and Qualify Leads: Identify and qualify potential customers through research, referrals, and cold calling.* Build Relationships: Develop and maintain relationships with customers to build trust and increase sales opportunities.* Present Products/Services: Effectively communicate the value and benefits of our products/services to customers.* Handle Objections: Address and overcome objections to close sales and meet sales targets.* Meet Sales Targets: Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets.* Maintain Accurate Records: Accurately record and maintain customer interactions, sales data, and other relevant information in our CRM system.Stay Up-to-Date on Industry Trends: Stay informed about industry developments, competitor activity, and market trends to maintain a competitive edge.Requirements:* 2 Years of Sales Experience: Proven experience in sales, preferably in a similar industry.* Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly and conciselyResults-Driven: A strong work ethic and a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.Resilience and Adaptability: Ability to handle rejection, adapt to changing circumstances, and maintain a positive attitude.* Technical Skills: Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office, and other sales tools.
