Job Description

    Job descriptionDear Aspirants,Greetings for the Day!!We are hiring for the Position of AM/ Manager- SAP Hybris Marketing at Gurgaon Location for one of our Leading IT ClientPFB Details for the same:JOB DESCRIPTION:
    • Candidate should have in depth knowledge of SAP Hybris Marketing platform with both of ABAP and Fiori skills. Candidate should have Minimum 5 years of ABAP development experience and minimum 1 year of Fiori development experience.
    • Should have good understanding of SAP Hybris Marketing solution and know its utilization.
    • Understanding of Campaign functions, One Call response, and monitoring.
    • UI Development and performing the Unit test based on Fiori.
    • Understanding of given API from main execution channel (Facebook/Google etc)and its operation.
    • Understanding of email/SMS/Push execution flow and its operation.
    • Strong experience in Enhancement in SAP HYBRIS MARKETING and integration of the SAP HYBRIS MARKETING with other SAP and Non-SAP applications.
    • Understanding of Marketing Data Management, Dynamic Customer Profiling, Marketing discovery, Segmentation, Campaign Management, Marketing Analytics, Marketing Lead Management, Multi-step Marketing Automation, trigger-based campaign setup, Marketing Resource Management, Marketing Recommendations, Predictive Modeling, Remarketing, Targeting and marketing planning.
    • Understanding and comply with the QA process in order to handle Service Request with ability to create QA output document based on the OpenITSM.
    • Experience in communicating effectively with users, other technical teams, and management to collect requirements, describe technical designs with good attitude.
    • Being able to understand and relate technology integration scenarios and be able to apply these learnings in complex troubleshooting scenarios.
