    • Reviewing invoices, Batch posting into GP, Vendor maintenance, Query resolution, Statement research, Utility Research, Duplicate research, GL accounting based on client history, client coordination and emails.
    • Periodical assigned tasks: Review Missing attachment, Error analysis and Online PMT etc.
    • Impart training on the Preparation & Review.
    • Monitoring the timely execution of AP deliverables.
    • Should be a part of new client set up, migration and Transition.
    • Coordinating with third parties for work allocation and deliverables.
    • Need to be perform as shift in-charge.
    • Need to run Yearly Audit.
    Key Result Areas (Principal Accountabilities)
    • Deliver processes as per client SLAs and achieve the targets set for the same.
    • Preparation of various reports for Team Performance and Analysis
    • Should be able to communicate with US team.
    • Working on different projects as and when required
    Supervisory responsibilities:
    • Error calibration and root cause analysis
    • Teamwork allocation and delivery management
    • Third Party management
    • Monthly MIS.
    Knowledge and Skills
    • Bachelors degree in business or accounting (B.Com/M.Com).
    • 4 years of P2P experience.
    • Accounting background, good at working in a team or independently, strong communication skills and basic computer skills.
    Educational Qualifications:
    • B.Com / M.Com
    Work Experience:
    • 4-5 years
    Other Prerequisites:
    • Required to work in shifts. Based on business/project requirement will work in US hours.
    • Prior work experience in MNC & matrix organization.
    Extent of Public Contact:
    • Frequently serves as a representative of QBSS to various organizations within the community, displaying courtesy, tact, consideration, and discretion in all interactions.
    • Continually serves as a representative of QBSS to the contract corporate groups, displaying courtesy, tact, consideration, and discretion in all interactions.
    • Frequently negotiates contracts, answers questions from accounting & other staff, and interacts with division corporate staff.
    • Position requires direct one-on-one as well as group basis interaction with LOB management team.
    Working Conditions and Environmental AttributesWorking Days: Monday - FridayWorking Hours 9 hours (US work Shift Pattern), mix of WFO and WFH. The working hours may getextended due to nature of the business.The employee must be willing to work at a location in a small-to mid-sized office setting, plus attend client conferences and meetings that may or may not be held during the workday. Travel to other Quatrro locations or client offices may be necessary, as well as physical presence at company meetings with other offices throughout the globe.
