Job Description

    Requirements:
    • Proven experience of 2 years, with substantial focus on driving organizational growth, shaping corporate culture, and overseeing litigation support operations.
    • Deep understanding of the litigation support industry, including comprehensive knowledge of discovery laws, review platforms (such as Relativity or similar), and eDiscovery software.
    • Strong business acumen, with the ability to develop and execute strategic plans, analyze market trends, and make data-driven decisions related to litigation support technologies.
    • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, capable of effectively conveying complex concepts and technical information to diverse audiences.
    • Track record of driving operational excellence, managing budgets, and achieving key performance indicators in the context of litigation support and review technologies.
    Responsibilities:
    • Contribute to the management of multiple litigation support portfolios, leveraging subject matter expertise and deep understanding of discovery laws and processes.
    • Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends related to review platforms, eDiscovery software, artificial intelligence, and machine learning in order to recommend and implement innovative solutions.
    • Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their evolving needs, and proactively identifying opportunities for business expansion.
    • Drive a culture of continuous improvement, promoting operational excellence, process optimization, and the adoption of advanced review technologies and techniques.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as legal, IT, and finance, to align strategies, drive operational synergies, and leverage technology for improved efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
    • Monitor departmental performance metrics, analyze data, and present regular reports to senior leadership, providing insights and recommendations based on subject matter expertise and review technology advancements.
