Job Description

    Dear Candidate,Greetings of the day!We are Hiring forSenior CRM Analytics DeveloperWe are looking for CRM Analytics formerly (Tableau CRM) Developer who will be responsible for creating, designing, and conceptualizing advance level of Dashboards, Reports, Dataflows, Datasets, Recipe and Data Security.
    • Proficiency in design, build and support CRM Analytics formerly (Tableau CRM) Applications, Datasets, Dataflows, Dashboards and Stories.
    • Proficient in creating Salesforce native reports and dashboards
    • Generate business insights using data analytics and information visualization methods to provide solutions to business problems.
    • Able to create stories from data using Einstein Discovery.
    • Hands on experience in SAQL / JSON.
    • Be a storyteller who can show the tell how to get business insights from the Dashboard
    • Provide demos to stakeholders & collects feedback.
    • Strong Knowledge of Advanced Excel
    • Strong Understanding of SQL
    • Key accountabilities: The key accountabilities for this role are, but not limited to;Sprint planning, Product Demonstrations The technical team is appropriately mentored. The deliverables for each Sprint are clearly understood by the Agile Team(s). The Agile team receives sufficient resourcing to be able to complete its objectives.Specific responsibilities: Follow best practices for test driven environment, continuous integration. Design, develop, test and implement end-to-end requirement Contribute on all phases of development life cycle Perform unit testing and troubleshooting dashboard widgetsBusiness Compliance Ensure a sound understanding of, demonstrate commitment to and comply with all legislation & Publicis Groupe Policies e.g., Janus, GSO and IT policies, etc.Personal & Team Accountabilities Actively develop and maintain strong working relationships with all Re:Sources personnel both at a interpersonal level and across all business processes within the wider business environment.Key competencies: Experience/QualificationsStrong Understanding of Salesforce Platform 4+ years of experience in CRM Analytics formerly (Tableau CRM) Einstein Analytics and discovery consultant Certification is plus (Optional). Bachelors degree in any related field. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Experience authoring reports for various executive stakeholders with different levels of quantitative knowledge Strong critical thinking skills, and are proactive about questioning the norm and pushing for improvementsAttributes/behaviours Ability to design, develop, implement complex requirement. Pro-active support to the business is a key attribute for this role with a customer service focus to link both systems requirements with business outcomes.
