Job Description

Location: Chakan, PuneWorkingDays: 05Required:

  • B.E./ B.Tech. or Equivalent degree in Electrical/Electronics/Telecommunications/Computer Engineering/Science
  • Minimum 2 years of work experience in relevant field OR M.E./ M. Tech or Equivalent degree in
Electrical/Electronics/Telecommunications/Computer Engineering/Science
  • Minimum 1 year of work experience with Linux Device Driver testing
  • Basic understanding of Analog and Digital Circuit Design
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in Embedded c/c++
  • Experience with JTAG debugging
  • Project Experience with at least one ARM MCU firmware development
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment
  • Ability to document test automation techniques for implementation by others
  • Willingness to work in a global team of professionals
  • Strong communication skills, to be able to collaborate and present solutions clearly
Preferred:
  • Experience with Real Time Firmware Development and Testing
  • Hands on experience with QT integrated development environment
  • Experience working in display industry
  • Thread based programming testing experience is a plus
  • Expertise with GIT, Jenkins, JIRA and other software development tools
Work:
  • Provide technical leadership in the areas of Embedded Software Testing, Automation and Continuous Integration
  • Assist in performing verification and validation testing, primarily in embedded firmware related projects
  • Execute all levels of testing (System, Integration, and Regression) to detect and track firmware defects,
inconsistencies, and performance issues
  • Develop test software that automates hardware sensor inputs
  • Participate in product software failure analysis activities and compile test and failure analysis reports
  • Firmware testing of I2C, UART, SPI, CAN, ETHERNET, Wi-Fi, BLE based sensors
  • Testing of user apps based on accelerometer, PWM controls, LED lighting, DC/stepper/servo motors
  • Bare metal/MCU RTOS firmware testing and JTAG debugging
  • Troubleshoot hardware faults with Oscilloscopes, multimeter, etc.
  • To be able to manage work and deliver on time as per clearly defined software development roadmap
