  • Qualification B.E. - MECH/ TOOL ENGINEERING or P.G.DIPLOMA in TOOL & DIE MAKING
  • Experience- 6-8 years in Sheet Metal / Automobile IndustryBelow JD will be strictly considered . So please consider and if suitable , please apply .Job Description1. New source evaluation and selection 2. Process design finalization for sheet metal, Tubular Parts and Sub Assys, Welding, Brazing, Machining, Fasteners, Plating processes3. Tooling cost settlement for NPD BOPs.4. Part cost settlement for NPD BOPs 5. Tool design evaluation.5. Blanket PO release after process actualization/ stabilization.6. Technical specification review with CFT for new development.8. Monitor NPD to ensure timeline 9. Participate as CPD coordinator with CFT during regular NPD reviews10. Releasing daily, weekly, & monthly MIS for above activities.Required Skills1. Costing of commodities like Sheet Metal, Tubular and Fabrication, Machining, Forging, Fasteners, Plating etc.2. Knowledge of Engineering and manufacturing processes of sheet metal, Forging 3. New Product Development 4. Knowledge of Process Tools, Jigs & Fixtures is essential5. New Supplier Evaluation (3P Method)6. Should have strong Problem- solving skills and attention to detail are essential7. Attitude to work in challenging environment.8. Knowledge of Oracle Purchasing module.9. Strong knowledge of APQP/ PPA processes.
