Job Description

This is for an Edutech CompanyWhat would you be do - The Business Finance Manager will be closely aligned with Business Head and have an end to end P & L and cost ownership for his business unit (BU).- Will be the single point of contact for the entire business unit on finance-related queries.- Reporting will be to the Business Finance Head of the company.What are we looking for - Take the lead in setting up the processes to enable high growth- Ownership of the P&L of business unit and implementing policies to support collection metrics- Monitor the cost of the BU and take adequate steps to bring the cost in line with the budget- Monitor KPI and identify the cause of any unexpected variances- Prepare MIS reports and provide ad hoc reports to management- Support controllership team in the closing book on time and meeting statutory requirements- Work on budgeting process for the business- Work closely with the CFO on business initiatives,
