Job Description

    Senior Manager - Due Diligence - ITES - Post Graduate, preferably MBA- Experience of 12 plus years of handling Due Diligence & Risk Management Projects- At least 4-5 years experience of leading a team.- Experience of understanding the business, competitive positioning, strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, challenges etc. of the target company.- Experience of using the external database sources such as Factiva, Global OneSource, Lexis Nexis, Thomson Reuter, ISI emerging market etc and compliance/sanction databases such as World Compliance, World Check, OFAC and Dow Jones Risk & Compliance.- Develop the strategy for the organization, keeping in mind the business requirements of Due Diligence assignments.- Lead and coordinate the planning and management of the assignments, allocating tasks and ensuring delivery through controlling on ground operations.- Conduct extensive due diligence investigations using public and private databases in accordance with Anti Money laundering (AML), BSA reputational risk screening, Politically Exposed Persons (PEPs), assess subjects financials (ratio analysis, market reputation, business background etc.- Responding to RFPs received f rom potential clients.- Create and manage good independent relationships with clients, expand opportunities with existing clients, identify and act on referrals- Networking with clients for Organic Growth and to on-board new clients & develop strategic relationships with branch offices to develop referrals.- Drive all the key functions effectively with constant focus on innovation & reengineering of existing processes to make them more efficient.- Strong contribution to knowledge sharing efforts, review and continually improve processes so that the team and firm capture and leverage knowledge.- Final report preparation and communication of findings to the clients.,
