Job Description

    Financial Oversight:1. Maintain precise and up-to-date financial records, ensuring accuracy in day-to-daytransactions and reports.2. Prepare detailed financial statements, including P&L, cash flow, and balance sheets,for internal and external stakeholders.3. Develop and implement systems for better financial reporting and analysis tosupport decision-making.Audit & Internal Controls:1. Lead internal and external audits to ensure accurate reporting and adherence toindustry standards.2. Proactively identify financial risks and implement controls to strengthengovernance.3. Prepare for investor-driven audits and financial due diligence during fundingrounds.4. Collaborate with auditors, providing all necessary documentation and insights forsmooth and timely audits.Strategic Financial Planning:1. Design and execute financial strategies to support short-term and long-term growthobjectives.2. Conduct detailed financial modeling and scenario analysis for new initiatives andmarket expansions.3. Partner with leadership to optimize budgeting and forecasting, aligning with Fittrsgrowth priorities.4. Manage fund-raising efforts by preparing investor-ready financial statements andvaluation models.Operational Efficiency:1. Monitor cash flow and implement strategies to ensure financial sustainability in afast-paced startup environment.2. Review cost structures, identify inefficiencies, and execute cost-reductioninitiatives.3. Drive automation and innovation in financial operations to scale efficiently.4. Ensure timely and efficient processing of payroll, vendor payments, and receivables.Stakeholder Collaboration:1. Build trust with board members, investors, and other stakeholders throughtransparent financial communication.2. Partner with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights for productlaunches, market expansions, and other strategic initiatives.3. Maintain strong relationships with banking partners, auditors, and key serviceproviders.Leadership & Team Development:1. Mentor and lead the finance team, fostering a culture of accountability andcontinuous improvement.2. Set up scalable processes to support the organizations growth and financialobjectives
