Job Description

Senior Manager - International Sales Role Description

  • Strategically create sustainable funnel for Our Software Product and Services business by engaging with prospects, opportunities and partnerships in the International Markets.
  • Use multiple prospecting methods to generate leads, set up sales meetings and pitch appropriate solution-offerings to prospects.
  • Maintain accurate records of all communications and progression on the marketing CRM.
  • Opportunity identification, opportunity qualification, opportunity profiling.
  • Good exposure in sales / business development over international market (over 5 Yrs) in IT Products or IT services company. Specific emphasis on Solution Selling is desired.
  • Comfortable in handling international clients including Spanish or French speaking regions of Africa/Latin America amongst others.
  • Excited about traveling specially to all continents including Africa, Latin America, when the world opens up.
  • Should be comfortable using various tools for offshore communication like Skype, WebEx, WhatsApp, and teleconferencing etc.
Qualifications and experience
  • Education: Bachelor s degree with PGDBA/MBA preferred.
  • Minimum: 5-8 years of international sales experience in IT services/solutions/products
  • Minimum: 5 years selling IT products and/or support services in.
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
  • Preference will be given to candidates with good knowledge of multi-lingual markets.
  • Preference will also be given to candidates having experience in Dealing with clients in Emerging Markets from Latin America/Eastern Europe/Africa.
  • Should have sound understanding of Local culture and time zones.
  • Strong Listening skills
