Senior Manager - Security Architect

Job Description

Secures enterprise information by determining security requirements; planning, designing, implementing, and testing security systems; Provide SME expertise in architecture security, cloud security, and advisory services in information security; mentoring team members.Responsibilities:Provide technical security expertise, including security architectural services, internal risk assessments, client security strategy, policy and standards.Determine security requirements by evaluating business strategies and requirements; researching information security standards; studying architecture/platform; identifying integration issues.Maintain a good understanding of core public cloud security disciplines, with close attention to developing industry trends in the context of networking, identity, and platform security technologiesUnderstanding of zero-trust approach, provided thread modelling, security architecture advisory services, internal risk assessments and client security strategy, policy and standards.Provide subject matter expertise on architecture, authentication, network and system securityUnderstanding of expanding API framework to interconnect Security Tools.Guide internal teams on appropriate remediation measures and mitigation controlsDevelop and maintain security frameworks, consisting of appropriate controls from ISO 27001 series, NIST, CSA, PCI-DSS, HIPAA, and other relevant industry documentationHas strategized and implemented the security in multi-cloud operated environment.Working knowledge of security technologies, such as SIEM, SOAR, IDS/IPS, PKI, IDAM, AV, WAF, DLP, EDR, DAST/SAST, OWASP, Vulnerability Management, Security Automation etc.Consults on the design, development, integration, and analysis of cyber technologies and business solutions.Manage an application security strategic plan, roadmap, architecture processes, minimum security baselines in alignment with enterprise policies and standards.Customer-centric and solution driven mindsetThe candidate should possess excellent communication skills besides being able to actively participate and/ or lead client discussions with senior business stakeholders.Expertise:12 to 14 years of experience with a minimum of 7+ years in Information/Cyber SecuritySelf-starter Taking initiative self-learner and finding opportunitiesTrust - Ability to work in an open culture with a positive approachFlexibility Ability to accept change, agilityAttitude/Behavior:Collaborates effectivelyDrives collaboration among team members in his/ her functionPresenting a supportive, united front when appropriate.Communicates ConfidentlyCommunicates crisply and candidlyCommunicates effectively across audiences (reporting managers, peers, business partners)Balances talking and listening to foster candid dialogueFocuses on the CustomerRaises concerns and recommends potential solutions for those processes that negatively impact the customer service experience or the fair treatment of customersHelps employees understand the impact of their work on the customer/ clientOrganizes own work to meet agreed upon deadlinesFocuses on surfacing underlying customer issues / concerns and identifying root causesTakes AccountabilityTakes steps to understand decision making processes and procedures uses this understanding in developing work plansEscalating issues or redirecting enquiries in a timely and efficient fashion.Following up with customers when we say we will and delivering on our commitmentsWorks under general supervision on day to day matters.Understands our Business.Education:Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field requiredExperience with one or more of the following standards: ISO 27001, NIST, PCI DSS, HIPAA, SOX, CIS, SOC1/2.Security certification one or more out of the following, e.g. CISSP, CISM, CISA, CASP+, CCSP, CCSK, AWS Security Specialty, Azure Security, etc.,
