Job Description

Senior Manager, Solution ArchitectThis is a new position coming up to provide Solution Architecture across multi-domains of IT front ending Business and IT SMEs for complex projectsThe person taking up this role is expected to have a knowledge across multiple domains of IT (including Compute, Network, Cloud, Security).Certification in more than one domain is preferred.Responsibilities:

  • Provide end to end IT solution in Business Transitions, New Site builds, Infrastructure, Datacenter projects.
  • Work with the PM, EA, Network and Compute SME to deliver the project through the complete life cycle of project (Design, implementation, handover).
  • Understand the new technology initiatives of the organization and integrate in the ongoing solutions.
  • Identify and highlight the technical risks and work with PMO to track it.
  • Should be providing the success criteria and controls for all the projects to SMEs to ensure success of the project.
  • Work with the Domain SMEs through the procurement process.
  • Technical report out of the Project progress regular frequencies.
  • Be a front end for the Customer (internal / external) on regular calls throughout the project.
Qualifications:Minimum Qualification
  • Bachelors (preferred)
  • Proven expertise in more than one domain with either certifications or experience
Preferred qualifications
  • Should have worked in any BPO organization or System Integrator role
  • Should have experience with the automation technologies
  • Should have worked in Cloud Solutioning related projects
  • Should have rich experience in the IT Solutioning process with an overall IT experience
  • Should have Experience in latest technologies of the market (like Cloud, automation, etc)
  • Should be capable to understand the business requirements and map with the technical solution
  • Should have high level understanding in following technologies to be able to make an end to end solution
  • Hybrid Cloud concepts AWS / Azure / Vmware / ACI
  • Cloud services on Iaas, Paas, Saas
  • Network WAN, LAN, Proxy
  • Compute DHCP, DNS, AD, etc.
  • Infosec / Compliance
