Job Description

    Job Title: Senior software QA EngineerDepartment: Technology and Data ScienceExperience: minimum 3 to 4 YearsLocation: GurugramJob summary:We are looking for a skilled Mobile & Web Automation QA Engineer with strong experience in mobile and web automation testing to join our QA team. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of automation frameworks, test design, and execution for Android, iOS, and web applications.Qualification and Experience:
    1. Tech/MCA full time
    Key Responsibilities:
    • Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts for web and mobile applications using tools like Selenium, Appium, TestNG, or similar frameworks.
    • Perform functional, regression, and integration testing across multiple platforms and devices.
    • Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and other QA engineers to ensure high-quality releases.
    • Analyze test results, identify defects, and track them through tools like JIRA or TestRail.
    • Familiarity with version control systems like GitHub.
    • Participate in sprint planning, review, and retrospectives within Agile/Scrum methodology.
    • Continuously enhance automation coverage and contribute to CI/CD integration.
    • Ensure test documentation, including test cases, test plans, and reports, are properly maintained.
    Required Skills:
    • Strong experience (34 years) in automation testing for mobile (Appium) and web (Selenium) platforms.
    • Hands-on experience with Java / Python for scripting automated tests.
    • Familiarity with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or GitHub Actions.
    • Good understanding of API testing (Postman, REST Assured preferred).
    • Experience in working with Android Studio, Xcode, or emulators/simulators.
    • Solid knowledge of testing frameworks such as TestNG, JUnit, or PyTest.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Excellent communication and documentation skills.
    Good to Have:
    • Exposure to performance testing (JMeter / LoadRunner) and Security Testing.
