Good collaboration skills with ability to lead by influence and manage stakeholder expectation effectively.Minimum Qualification

  • A University degree/ Graduation in Computer Science
Industry Experience
  • 8 to 10 years of experience, including at 5 years of experience in a combination of BI (Boxi and Tableau) Reporting, Analytics & SQL Scripting
Mandate Skills
  • 8 Years of proven experience as a BI Developer or Data Scientist
Translate business needs to technical specificationsDesign, build and deploy BI solutions (e.g. Boxi and Tableau Reporting)Maintain and support data analytics platforms (e.g. Boxi and Tableau Reporting)Background in data warehouse design (e.g. dimensional modeling) and data miningIn-depth understanding of database management systems, online analytical processing (OLAP) and ETL (Extract, transform, load) frameworkFamiliarity with BI technologies (e.g. Boxi and Tableau Reporting)Knowledge of SQL queries, SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) and SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS)Evaluate and improve existing BI systemsCreate visualizations and reports for requested projectsDevelop and update technical documentationProven abilities to take initiative and be innovativeStrong analytical and problem solving skills with ability to clearly articulate solution alternativesCore Responsibilities
  • Technical Lead for offshore delivery by Partnering effectively with on-shore BSAs, designers and PMs
  • Manages overall delivery, creates work status updates & hand-offs during work execution
  • Clearly calls out issues/ challenges and risks to the delivery timelines and works pro-actively for solutions
  • Develop functional understanding in the delivery area and able to clearly articulate to the team
  • Defines the technical solution and clearly communicate this to the relevant stakeholders
  • Leads Design, Develop and testing of the deliverables by being hands on at all delivery tasks
  • SPOC for delivery area for on-shore team
  • Works with Delivery manager to ensure overall delivery timelines are met
  • Continual improvement
  • Follows, and enforces, industry and organization standards and best practices - experience of working with Financial clients
