Job Description Employer: MNC Consulting Firm Position - Senior Staffing Specialist Job Location Gurgaon Experience - 4 - 7 years Job Responsibilities : - Staffing Process The Senior Specialist staffing is expected to - Prepare staffing options based on defined norms as well as qualitative inputs - Create , maintain and regularly update the Staffing Process Handbook - Monitor Demand and Supply situation and raise appropriate and timely flags to the Manager - Timely identification of potential candidates - Collecting preferences and interests of candidates - Follow & ensure the staffing process is followed diligently - Ensure that all information gathering is concise and well recorded - Raising requests on Staffing Online - Coordinating with Cross Office Staffing functions on short listing of Candidates and corresponding project for them respectively - Following up on Visa requirements and Logistics needed - Employee Interaction and Engagement.
