Job Description

    We are seeking an experienced Technical Lead to manage complex IT projects andoperations, with a focus on Windows, Linux, Hypervisor (VMware/Hyper-V), Cloudplatforms (Azure or AWS), Hybrid Active Directory, and Cybersecurity components. Theideal candidate will have a strong technical background, proven experience in managing IToperations, project transitions, transformations, and vendor relationships, ensuring seamlessintegration and optimal performance. The role will also encompass O365 and SystemAdministration, essential for managing and maintaining the organization's Digital Workspace(O365) and IT systems.Key Skills and Attributes: Education: B.E./B.Tech./MCA or equivalent degree from a reputed institution. Experience: 8-10 years of experience in technical project management and leadership,with a strong focus on technologies like Windows, Linux, Hypervisors, Cloud platforms,and Hybrid Active Directory. Professionalism: Exhibit positive attitudes, professionalism, appropriate attire, and astrong work ethic. Technical Expertise: In-depth knowledge of Windows Server, Linux Server,Hypervisors (VMware or Hyper-V), Azure or AWS, Active Directory, and RDP.Experience with hybrid cloud solutions and IT infrastructure transitions. Project Management: Proven experience managing complex projects, includingtransition and transformation initiatives.Key Responsibilities: Project Planning and Execution: Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and milestones. IT Operations: Expertise in monitoring and optimizing system performance. Ensure SLAcompliance, oversee daily server and OS-related activities, perform patch upgrades,hardening, and maintain operational trackers. Team Leadership: Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams, ensuring clearcommunication and alignment with project goals. Windows/Linux and Hypervisor Management: Oversee the implementation,configuration, and maintenance of Windows, Linux, and Hypervisor infrastructures. Azure Integration: Manage Azure cloud services integration with on-premises systemsto create a cohesive hybrid environment. Hybrid Active Directory: Ensure smooth integration and synchronization of on-premises and cloud-based Active Directory environments. Risk Management: Identify and assess project risks, develop mitigation strategies, andmonitor progress. Stakeholder Communication: Provide regular project updates, highlighting keychallenges and achievements. Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation of project activities, configurations,and changes for future reference and compliance. Vendor Management: Manage vendor relationships, ensuring KPIs are met andcommunications are handled efficiently.
