Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Troubleshooting and solving existing problems Identifying and assessing technical solutions Managing development deliverablesusing an Agile Framework Support customers across various time zones. Developing new solutions on the ServiceNow platformQualifications: Must have 4 to 6 years of total IT experience Minimum 3 years of ServiceNow Support and Development experience BE/BTech degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or equivalent field ServiceNow Certifications - CSAGood to have ITIL Foundation V3 or v4 certification ServiceNow Certifications CAD, CIS-ITSM, CIS-CSM, CIS-SPMKnowledge, Skills and Abilities: Must have Experience with ServiceNow modules - ITSM, SPM, CSM, Integration Hub Experience with application support and development activities. Ability to develop quality solutions independentlyExperience creating and configuring ServiceNow Business Rules, UI Policies, UIActions, Client Scripts, Flows and ACLs. Code debugging techniques Write code adhering to coding best practices. Understanding or experience with technical aspects of ServiceNow such asJavaScript, XML, HTML, AngularJS, CSS, LDAP, MS Active Directory, SSO, SOAPand REST. Ability to work in shifts or out of standard working hours. Ability to work independently and as a team member.
