Job Description

    Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Social Media Executive at Digital Banjara Media Pvt. Ltd. located in Gurugram. As a Social Media Executive, you will be responsible for managing and creating content for our clients social media platforms, executing social media campaigns, analyzing campaign performance, and staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices. Your creativity and attention to detail will play a key role in helping our clients meet their social media marketing objectives.Key Responsibilities Proven experience in managing and creating engaging content for social media platforms Strong understanding of social media platforms, their algorithms, and best practices Work on curating campaign specific calendars Ability to analyze data and draw actionable insights to optimize social media campaigns Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative ideas for social media content Ensuring consistency of all content with the brands messaging and values Proficiency in using social media management tools and analytics platforms Repurposing and optimising content for various platforms Staying up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in social media Travel necessary for client meetings, projects, and other business purposes.Required Skills and Qualifications: Bachelors degree (or equivalent) in marketing, communications, or related discipline 2-3 years of experience, within an advertising or creative agency (agency experience is mandatory). Experience in creating content for sports is an important advantage Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Action and goal oriented Exceptional attention to detail Basic graphic design skills and knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) is a plus Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under tight deadlineFor SM ExecutiveWe can start with CTC 4.8L per annum and go max upto 6L per annumExperience: 2-3 years
