• Collaborate with team members in the Gurgaon office, design counterparts and with peers across the environment to co- develop and solve problems.
• Work to gain a solid understanding of our users needs, help define and prioritize new features.
• Write clean code applying object-oriented design principles, data structures, and algorithms.
• Write unit, integration, and acceptance tests as appropriate to support our continuous integration and deployment pipelines.
• Practice resilience engineering for every front-end and back-end component you build and promote resilience within the team.
• Collaborate with the Product team, UX, and peer engineers.
• Help design and build reusable frameworks and libraries to simplify development.
• Participate in peer code reviews and advocate for the best coding practices and principles.
Who you are:
• You are a keen learner, especially in the areas of technology, cloud-native patterns.
• At least a Bachelors of Engineering or Equivalent Experience.
• 2 years of Experience in building at least three independent projects.
• Solid understanding of UI Design practices.
• Good understanding of testing and monitoring, ability to debug code.
• Are passionate about building and refining high-performance Androi apps.
• Carefully evaluate the technical trade-offs of every decision.
• Carry out code reviews to guarantee code quality.

• Willing to iteratively work at solving a problem because you deeply care about customers, and you are open to a continuous feedback loop. We ship. We learn. We improve. We change.
• Are willing to learn from everyone, communicate well, and strive to be an effective team member.
• Proficiency in technologies like Kotlin, Java, Dagger 2, RxJava Retrofit, JetPack, MVVM, GraphQL, git. A bonus point in case you have worked with Jetpack compose.
• Experience using code versioning tools for e.g. Git.
• Experience with Agile development methodology.
• Ability to work in a diverse organization with global decentralized teams, working across multiple locations.
