Job Description

Key Accountabilities

  • daily processing of applications, redemptions and distributions on managed and retail funds;
  • liaising with external fund administrators;
  • updating of managed fund prices distributions;
  • updating and performing call-backs on SSIs; and
  • reconciliation of cash and asset positions on managed retail funds.
  • Processing cash movements;
  • Ensuring process documentation is complete and up to date;
  • Arrears/Debtor management and reporting;
  • Ensure all transactions comply with the relevant rules/legislations (e.g. Anti-Money Laundering, and Privacy Laws);
  • Becoming proficient in the use of Microsoft excel and in-house systems;

Required Skills And Experience

  • strong analytical skills and attention to detail;
  • prior experience reconciling financial data;
  • excellent communication skills and organisational skills;
  • self motivated and able to work effectively in fast paced environment; and
  • previous experience in Funds Management.
  • PC literate with MS office applications, strong Word and Excel skills (VBA Skills valued highly)
