Job Description

    Sr. Executive Accounts Payable For Leading MNC BrandMin - 3-5 YearsLocation - GurgaonRole & responsibilities
    • Ensure timely and accurate payments processing (OPEX & CAPEX) as per the policy.
    • Ensure control over advances by strictly folowing the Advance Payments Policy.
    • Performance of closing activities of Accounts Payable and Expenses modules in the ERP every month.
    • Perform timely balances reconciliation with the vendors.
    • Validate employee expense reports as per the Travel Policy.
    • Support to Manager for compliance to year end statutory audits, concurrent internal audits and tax submissions
    • Identify unreconciled items for reconciliation.
